We are currently seeking a Service Department Adminstrative Assistant to join our elite team at Sunset Cadillac of Venice!

This key position has the important task of making the last impression of our dealership's service department as great as the first.

Professionalism and strong customer service skills are vital, as well as cash handling experience and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities within our service administrative team.

Hours are generally 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Closed Sundays.

Responsibilities include :

• greeting customers who come to pay for their vehicle service and providing excellent customer service
• collecting payments, posting payments accurately, and closing out repair orders for the service department
• end of the day payment reconciliation and counting cash drawer
• assisting with our loaner car program for service clientele - tracking vehicles, completing paperwork with customers, inputting information, etc.
• answering phones, filing, and performing other administrative and customer service tasks as required to keep our department moving.
