Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist / JIRA Ticket Processor to manage the processing of external customer tickets in JIRA
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner to obtain additional information when necessary
- Monitor and update the status of tickets as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of all tickets processed
