Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist / JIRA Ticket Processor to manage the processing of external customer tickets in JIRA
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner to obtain additional information when necessary
  • Monitor and update the status of tickets as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all tickets processed
