Sunrise Support Services is Hiring a Customer Service Representative - Debt Settlement Experience Required Near New York, NY

Sunrise Support Services, a debt settlement company located in New York City, is seeking a talented customer service representative. Customer service representative will work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. All customer service representatives service clients on the phones and through email and sometimes via text. They will be responsible for managing/prioritizing the day-to-day tasks to be the most efficient and productive with handling client requests and de-escalating difficult conversations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with all requests
  • De-escalating intense phone conversations
  • Contact clients periodically to determine if there has been changes in their financial status
  • Update CRM to accurately reflect the outcomes of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of customer service experience (preferably in debt settlement)
  • 2 years of experience assisting clients over the phone and email
  • Experience de-escalating intense phone conversations
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively'

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
