C. as well as ten regional offices located throughoutthe country. EPA Region 4 is located in Atlanta GA and supports thestates of Alabama Florida Georgia Kentucky Mississippi NorthCarolina South Carolina and Tennessee.

Region 4 is looking to hire three generalclerks to perform records management tasks.

The contractor shall work with existing records staff (8contractors) to organize file perform data entry label and boxfiles within the 15 file rooms located throughout Region 4 Sam NunnAtlanta Federal Center.

TASKS :

• Thecontractor shall organize and label records on file room shelves asinstructed by the Records Management Specialist or Region 4sRecords Officer.
• Thecontractor shall input records information into EPAs recordstracking / management systems which include Versatile and the PaperAsset Tracking Tool (PATT).
• The contractorshall pack records and label boxes as instructed by the RecordsManagement Specialist or Region 4s Records Officer.
• The contractor shall complete box inventory and / or boxdestruction forms for boxed records.
• Thecontractor shall transport records boxes (using supplied handtrucks / dollies) to designated locations within the Sam Nunn AtlantaFederal Center.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Highschool Diploma
• Ability to type 25 words perminute
• Ability to enterinformation into a database using a computer
• Ability to lift 50lbs
