Job Overview:
We are an aerospace manufacturer seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing driving sales performance, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
