Suncoast Beverage Sales LLLP is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Fort Myers, FL

Job Overview:

Provides diversified administrative and clerical support to the Human Resource Staff and Managers. Interacts daily with all levels of employees within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day operations of the HR department including employee onboarding, employee off boarding, employee verification, employee training and development, and performance and talent management
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation and manage the HRIS system and database
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Assist in the improvement of existing processes, procedures, forms, and manuals
  • Develop and maintain reports necessary for operational analysis and any other report pertinent to the department as determined by the Human Resource Manager or Group Vice President
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and assist in the communication of policy development and maintenance of the employee manual.
  • Process requests for employee verification in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including but not limited to filing, scanning, posting, special projects, memos, and other communications

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field, or Proven 4 year experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • PC proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS software and online platforms are required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary
  • Significant organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a strong work ethic, the ability to complete all duties with a high degree of accuracy, meet deadlines and work independently if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
