Sunbelt is currently seeking an OASIS Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position in Jefferson City, MO. Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS-C Assessment Documentation including Start of Cares/Admissions, Re-certifications, Resumptions of Care, Transfers, and Discharges.
• Complete accurate and detailed OASIS Documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time.
• Case manage a workload of at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week.
• Travel to patients homes in the Jefferson City, MO area.

Experience:

• At least two years of recent Home Health experience.
• Expert knowledge and field experience of OASIS required.
• Start of Care/Admissions experience required.
• Experience in case managing at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 per week.

Education:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Missouri Registered Nurse License or compact state license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, 13 weeks
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with some on-call and weekends required.
