ENTRY SALARY: $37,440
JOB SUMMARY: Provides operational support to the SHARE Community Services Program in Anderson County. Performs screenings and intake of customers, with all required data for files, and other internal systems. Develops and maintains customer files by approved systems. Implements approved work program and performs associated duties and activities. Assists in resolving specific or single-issue problems. Provides support services to customers. Coordinates customer service with other agencies as necessary. Performs screenings for LIHEAP, seasonal services, and other emergency programs. Maintains a caseload in coordination with case managers for designated programs based on ROMA goals. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma with at least two years of college or equivalent training or experience. Must have two years of experience working with low-income families. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have good computer skills. Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and dependable transportation.
