An insurance customer service representative manages insurance company inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and finalizes policy adjustments. Additionally, they assist insurance agents and sales representatives in resolving customer complaints. Commissions are available above and beyond salary. AMS360 experience preferred
