We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for running company leads and maintaining your accounts. ```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through company leads , networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field( not required)
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
