Friendly, fast-growing mental health agency seeking a position for a Part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

We are located at 6266 Dupont Station Court E. Jacksonville, FL 32216. Applicants must provide academic and licensed records within one month of hiring.

Position involves office visits 3 days a week in provision of medication management services and evaluations. You will also be able to perform sessions at our offices. Employment is a 1099 position, in which pay is based off experience.

This position offers a plethora of experience due to a variety of client diagnoses, and the ability to work with both adults and children ages 3 and up. There is also the opportunity to engage clients in other programs such as Individual & Group Therapy, Individual & Group Psycho-social Rehabilitation Counseling, and Case Management services, as the need arises.

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner's Degree (Required)
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) (Required)
• APRN License (Required)
• DEA number (Preferred)
• Medicaid number (Preferred)
• Medicare number (Preferred)
• National Provider Identification number (preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
