Job Posting: Experienced Foreman for Bridge Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced foreman to join our team for a bridge construction project. As a foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction crew on site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure that work is carried out according to safety regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bridge construction or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
