Summit Properties seeks a 40 hour per week, Assistant Community Manager for 230 apartments at Quail Hollow Senior Living, an independent senior living community in West Lebanon, NH. The Assistant Community Manager will work as part of the Quail Hollow team which includes a Community Manager, Administrative Assistant, and two Maintenance staff.
The Assistant Community Manager helps support the operations of the community with the Community Manager, and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the properties in their portfolio. This individual works as part of our onsite team and is typically the first point of contact for potential residents. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, be attentive to details and that is willing to tackle challenge and solve problems!

Summit Properties is a developer, builder, and manager of affordable and market-rate housing in Vermont, New Hampshire, and up-state New York. Over the last 5 years, we have added nearly 15 employees and over 500 apartments to our portfolio. We currently manage 1400 apartments and are embarking on several new development projects in 2024.
