Essential Job Function

Summit Pediatric Therapy is seeking an innovative, growth-driven healthcare leader with excellent operations and management skills to join our fast paced, growing organization as the Director of Clinical Operations. As a leading pediatric therapy practice with 6 clinics across the front range, we are seeking a qualified candidate with excellent business acumen and the ability to collaborate with a hard-working senior management team.

The Director of Clinical Operations will oversee the day to day operations of Summit integration of new practices and implement the strategy of the President.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily leadership and staff management
  • Healthcare Practice Management
  • Drive the delivery of quality and cost-effective patient care and oversee the performance of clinical staff
  • Partner with the leadership team to review and facilitate process and operational improvements related to Summit clinical operations
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction
  • Provide executive leadership for key organizational projects, working in partnership with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient planning, as well as successful project implementations that achieve timeline and budget targets

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college / university
  • 5 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare / practice management environment
  • Integration experience highly preferred
  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire and communicate with individuals and groups
  • Knowledge of financial implications of decisions, including budgeting and forecasting
