Summit Dental Practice is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Folsom, CA

Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist
A well established dental practice is looking for a receptionist to join our team. No experience is necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate with a high school diploma and eagerness to learn. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a fun, energetic, and positive environment and provide quality care to our patients. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Tuesday-Friday office schedule, usually work 1 Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

  • Check patients in and out of the office for their appointments
  • Confirm and set up appointments, navigate dental software
  • Insurance billing
  • Manage front of office
  • Provide welcoming environment for patients
  • Work closely with rest of dental office staff

Skills

  • No experience necessary
  • Fast-paced work environment where you will be working with a team of professionals. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to multitask. You must also have great communication skills and be able to learn our dental procedures and protocols quickly.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills. You must be very detail oriented. You must have great customer service skills.
  • Must be very organized and efficient with the time it takes you to do your job. Must have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must have great communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills and follow-up skills. Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to interact professionally with other staff members as well as customers. Must be a team player who is willing to help out where needed for the good of the practice as well as the patient's experience.
