Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you'll report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager and collaborate closely with our Marketing Department and real estate agents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies, initiatives, and events to enhance our brand presence and support our agents.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance and support of the Marketing Communications Manager in agent and staff events, both in and out of office (i.e. Holiday Party, Annual Kickoff Luncheon, Speaking Events, etc.).
• Communication with venues and vendors for various brokerage events.
• Creation and updating of venue list for various brokerage events.
• Assistance in coordinating RHA Gives Back events and drives with the Marketing Communications Manager.
• Create marketing onboarding launch kits for new agents joining The Rogers Healy Companies. This includes the creation of email signatures, various social media welcome graphics, MLS banners, and uploading agent information to their online profile on RogersHealy.com.
• Support internal communication with brokerage for various needs.
• Updating company mailer list for internal brokerage email blasts.
• Updating Agent Marketing Checklist to keep agent marketing assets in order.
• Updating monthly brokerage Top Producer assets.
• Create and schedule agent yearly anniversary graphics.
• Perform market research.
• Maintain Marketing Questions form and delegate tasks to appropriate staff members.
• Available to agents with marketing questions in-office and via email.
• Miscellaneous tasks or projects to support the business as required.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communications or a related field is required.
• 1‐2 years of experience in Marketing/Communications roles – including internships.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as needed in a dynamic industry.
• Experience working in real estate or a similar industry is a plus.
