Summit Chiropractic and Wellness is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Laramie, WY

Our chiropractic office is looking for an upbeat individual with great interpersonal skills.

This position is one that requires the following : Sociable, friendly, coach-able, organized, disciplined, great communicator, patient, able to handle confrontation, professional, and dependable.

Required Skills:

-Proficient in Microsoft programs like Word and Excel
-Ability to learn and use electronic health record systems
-Correspond with patient's via phone, emails, and texting
-Maintain office involving cleaning and organization
-Enthusiasm and General understanding of health and wellness

Preferred Candidate:

-Someone with prior work experience in a health care setting and/or front office administrative work.

General Duties Include:

-Scheduling
-Processing Payments
-Calling and Answering Phone and Sending Emails
-General Office Cleaning
-Scanning Documents
-Greeting Patients
-Keep Paperwork Ready for Doctor
-Apply Electrical Muscle Stim pads on/off Patients w/ Moist heat
-Participating at Occasional Vendor Booth/Outside Marketing Event and Posting Social Media
-Maintaining High Ethical Standards and HIPAA Compliance

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
