Sumeru is Hiring a Plant Human Resources Manager Near Winchester, VA
Job Description - 5:00:00 AM - 2:30:00 PM, Monday - Saturday
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 3 to 5 experiences in Human Resources Management. Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Manage the recruitment process for all hiring, for both internal and external job postings, in consultation with the management team; provide onboarding and orientations as required; devise retention strategies for all employees and complete exit interviews.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Human resources management: 4 years (Required)
- Manufacturing environment: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Winchester, VA 22603 (Required)
