An ideal candidate should have knowledge in one or more of the following: Providing legal advice on federal acquisitions and procurements, and litigation experience before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA)
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of agency programs and resulting effectiveness issues. This position is primarily concerned with a wide variety of assignments that deal with planning, analyzing and/or evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs and providing advice to management concerning conventional program review issues
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience leading and managing all Federal retirement and benefits programs in a fast-paced organization, while managing and supervising a large staff. The candidate must have considerable organizational skills and attention to details
