Overview:
Sullo & Sullo, LLP, a thriving Houston-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities for maximum performance.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Handle budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee phone systems, front desk activities, and general office maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in human resources practices and procedures.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial tasks effectively.
  • Excellent calendar management skills.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and office management processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Compensation:

  • $20.00 to $22.00 per hour pluss overtime.
