About the Product Specialist Role
As the first Product Specialist at SuiteOp, you will play a foundational role in establishing and growing our customer base. This position is unique, combining responsibilities across sales, customer onboarding, and support. You will be the face of SuiteOp to our customers, guiding them from initial contact through to successful platform adoption and ongoing support. Your role will be critical in understanding customer needs, demonstrating how SuiteOp can meet these needs, and ensuring customers realize the full value of our platform.

Our platform, which integrates IoT automation, guest portals, staff management, and operations analytics, is built on the vision of enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction through deep connectivity and automation.

Highlight of Keys Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Enhance the sales processes with your profound product insight and SuiteOp fluency, helping build more sales onboarding and customized demos that highlight SuiteOp's solutions for each specific customer's challenges.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new customers, converting them to become the company's biggest advocates and ensuring deep utilization of SuiteOp's existing and newest features.
  • Build The Playbook: Craft the ultimate SuiteOp customer interaction playbook, developing comprehensive documentation, training materials, and engaging digital content, including webinars, to enrich customer and team knowledge.
  • Customer Support: Be the go-to support hero for our customers, offering swift, effective solutions post-onboarding to foster satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
  • Product work: Channel customer feedback into highly actionable insights, working closely with the product team to refine and evolve SuiteOp in line with user needs and market demand.
  • Market Expert: Delve deep into the short-term rental market, mastering industry trends and the competitive landscape to forecast customer needs and steer SuiteOp’s sales and product strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field Preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role around sales, customer service, and technical product support, ideally within the SaaS, hospitality, or IoT sectors.
  • Strong technical proficiency with a quick learning ability for complex software platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the customer lifecycle from sales through onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
