Success On The Spectrum is Hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Remote)
- Work In Center Remote Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm. (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE )
- Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. (Remote)
- Supervise remote in center 2 Saturdays/month. ((Remote)
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
- Assist Clinical director.
- Safety Management.
- Maintains BACB Certification.
- Texas LBA License
- Maintains State Certification.
- Maintains BLS/CPR certification.
- Maintains NPI number.
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
- Maintains updated CAQH account.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university.
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
- Provide high-quality care to our clients.
- Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
- Maintains client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws.
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.
