As an Automotive Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our team of Service to Sales Consultants. We are seeking someone who will motivate and encourage our team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be tasked with training, mentoring, and coaching our service to sales consultants, monitoring sales metrics, and identifying areas of opportunity. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of Automotive Sales Management Experience -- 5 years of Automotive Sales Experience
