Responsibilities:

·Provide a high level of customer service greet dealership clients as they arrive, answering questions and directing them as needed.in a courteous and professional manner.

·Promptly and professionally greet dealership clients

·Answer all incoming calls and taking messages as needed

·Replenish Cafe' waiting area with beverages and snacks.

·Maintain clean and safe work environment.

·Light Clerical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

·Prior receptionist or hospitality experience preferred

·Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Outlook

·Professional appearance, excellent personality, and positive attitude

·Strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach

·Outstanding customer communication and follow-up skills
