STV has an excitingopportunity for aProject Controls Managerin our Dallas, TX office supporting all aspects of project controls functions including cost, schedule, document and risk management functions on large scale, complex infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of all phases of execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
Ability to develop, update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status updates to clients and Sr. Management.
Working knowledge of all elements of cost management, including funds management, budget control, change management, forecasting, and reporting.
Working knowledge of scheduling best practices with the ability to manage and report the status of contractor schedules.
Working knowledge of risk management and document control practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Project Controls and demonstrate proficiency in multiple project controls disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited College or University.
Preferred accreditations from AACE or CMAA.
Experience with Project Management Information Systems, experience working in Procore is preferred.
Experience with data analytics and BIM software is preferred.
Hands-on experience and working knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling are required.
Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills.
Preferred experience with large infrastructure programs.
Compensation Range:
