We have athrivingAECpractice with a close-knit, team-oriented group that is growing rapidly. Due to our success, we need to continue to add resources to assist with the delivery of our current extensive backlog of work. This backlog includes tasks associated with construction and capital improvement projects for MTA agencies including New York City Transit and various infrastructure improvement projects for New York government agencies such as NYSCA, NYCHA and DASNY, as well as work sharing with other STV Offices.

We are searching for an Assistant Project Manager for our Mentor program.

Responsibilities include developing tailored action plans for each Mentor Firm. Action plans are required to detail goals, achievable deadlines, targets and milestones, as well as a methodology to measure performance.

Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager is required to specifically state which training resources the Mentor Firm could benefit and the reasons for such recommendations. The Assistant Project Manager is required to conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure that program participants arc building upon their skillsets.

"Minimum Qualifications:

required to have one or more of the following degrees : Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Management, Economics, Finance or Marketing or a related field from a United States and/or internationally accredited post-secondary institution.

The candidate is required to have at least three (3) years of full-time and diverse experience in business development.

Additionally, the candidate is required to have past experience in developing business plans, developing and implementing a performance measuring system, ability to technically write in a concise manner and the charisma to create a mentoring environment."
