Under general supervision and within established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, responsible for supervision of Food Service Workers in both food service areas;

patient meals and cafeteria service.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food services
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Ability to work well under changing demands with demonstrated flexibility
• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Leadership and management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
• Strong culinary skills with customer service focus
• Able to lift, push and pull without restriction, able to use proper body mechanics.
• Adherence to quality standards

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

Food preparation, light cooking experience
