Based in New York City, Supply Chain Analyst will report to our VP of Operations and will play a key role in managing our daily operations and ensuring key processes are implemented effectively and support continuous improvement by influencing the adoption of company initiatives and technology. The Supply Chain Analyst will partner with CX to troubleshoot customer order issues and work closely with our Merch/Planning and Retail Ops team to ensure inventory accuracy in stock checks and store transfers. Also, this role will manage our 3PL to improve quality, productivity, cost and efficiency in the warehouse.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000, with equity

Key Responsibilities:

• 3PL Management
• Manage day-to-day relationship with 3PL to ensure efficient operations including, but not limited to overseeing order fulfillment process (Ecom/NSO/retail transfers), on-time shipping and processing RMA to meet SLA, pre- sterilization process is in compliance with SOP and communicating VAS (Value Added Services) requirements 
• Recommend warehouse operational changes by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes to improve cost efficiency 
• Administrative support in reconciling invoices to track against budget 
• Inventory Control
• Manage rollouts of studio and 3PL cycle count programs and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies 
• Monitor daily inventory movements across warehouse and operation systems to ensure inventory accuracy
• Analyze and publish monthly adjustment reports and provide opportunities to improve inventory accuracy 
• Ensure retail receipts and inventory discrepancies are reconciled in a timely manner
• Subject matter expert for Inventory movements of retail transfer, PO receipts and inventory adjustments and communicate inventory issues and product availability to teams
• System Integrations and Analysis
• Proactively monitor end to end systems to ensure systems are synchronized
• Day-to-day contact for all backend system related issues
• Analyze various aspects of an organization's operational procedures and systems
• Analyze and interpret data to identify operational inefficiencies, including conducting root cause analysis and forecasting
• Create dashboards to measure key operational initiatives (TNT, SLA tracking, etc.)
• Support Ops ad-hoc analysis as needed in daily operation

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in operations or supply chain
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously 
• Strong data-processing skills 
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and remedy technical issues
• Proficient in Google Suites is a must 
• Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions
• Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and other Operational systems (ERP, RMS, etc.)
• Skill to recognize the impact on customers and company for on-time receive and data integrity 
• Ability to use problem-solving skills and communicates effectively with other departments (studios, 3PL and HQ) 
• Ability to provide feedback to management on opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy 
• Have a continuous improvement mindset for implementation within Warehouse and Logistics
