Studio Nano is a recording studio and audio post production facility, specializing in voice over, dubbing, and localization.

Location: Irving, Hybrid

Our Irving office is centrally located within the Metroplex, making it convenient and easily accessible for our team members from across the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

About The Team

The Administrative team is the centerpiece of every production! This team is responsible for talent/materials/production coordination, project management, deliveries, contracts, time sheets, accounts payable, among other tasks. Our goal is to create a high-functioning environment for the other team members we work with, to ensure their ability to perform their jobs. We are an integral part of the studio's day to day operations, and strive to make our work as efficient as possible by using critical thinking, problem solving, and clear communication.

We are looking for friendly self-starters who do well with large amounts of data and confidential documents, with minimal direction.

About You:

• 2 years of experience working in an administrative position
• Ability to work with confidence in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Must be deadline driven and able to adhere to production schedules and timelines
• Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner according to written schedules
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows computers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Production skills incl. casting, engineering, directing a plus
• Quickbooks or accounting experience
• Past experience in post-production audio for TV/Film, preferably in an office environment
