About this role:
Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Lead Project Manager supporting Auto's Servicing Product as a Lead Product Delivery coordinator. This person will be responsible for the oversight of specific Sub-Journey's within Manage My Account Product execution related activities, and adherence of ECM Policy and required deliverables.
Qualified candidate will require strong relationship management, influencing, and execution skills. In this role, you will:
  • Act as an control on initiatives executed in the product area and influence success of programs, project performance, and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management
  • Lead the resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
  • Assist with planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
  • Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization
  • Accountable for the successful execution of all prioritized work within Auto - Servicing
  • Will oversee execution of agile program related activities, including meeting regularly with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to review all work and lead the right discussions to uncover challenges, blockers, resource needs.
  • Responsible for managing programs and leading cross-functional through the entire end -to-end delivery
  • Understands the OKRs aligned to Auto and specific problems each Agile team is trying to solve
  • Understands if teams are operating in a way the will reduce risk and allow us to deliver successfully.
  • Resolves issues and mitigates risks by pulling the right people together to solve, bring transparency to leaders and stakeholders, drive the issue to resolution, and ensure strong risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitors the operating metrics, know the team roadmaps, backlogs, and what's groomed/not groomed, what's committed, how many epics needed, stories, etc.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5 years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2 years program management experience
  • 1 years of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
  • One or more of these certifications: Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) certification, Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of auto lending practices, policies, and procedures
  • Indirect auto lending experience, with a large financial institution
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Ability to execute in a fast pace, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to listen and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders by employing a calm, credible and confident leadership style.
  • Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from people in other parts of the organization.
  • Ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
