Recruiter (part time):

As a Recruiter (part time), you will be responsible for coordinating candidate onboarding through screening incoming applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting location managers. The Recruiter (part time) will handle initial and follow-up communications with potential candidates using UKG Applicant Tracking System. This position will require working at our Macungie school bus terminal. The Recruiter (part time) will be required to travel to other terminal locations as needed for meetings, events and for job fairs and hiring events in various locations, occasional overnight stays will be required. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee candidate onboarding initially for two (2) terminal locations to be determined.
• Understand the basics of Commercial Driving Licenses (CDL) or be willing to learn.
• Learn and communicate basic hiring requirements such as criminal background checks and drug testing.
• Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) UKG daily.
• Schedule candidate interviews through ATS-UKG.
• Ensure candidates are consistently updated in ATS-UKG to match company requirements.
• Responsible for contacting applicants within 24 to 48 hours after they have applied.
• Ensure an overall positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

- Candidate must be both fluent in English and Spanish.

- Valid driver's license.

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- High confidence in making phone calls.

- Exceptional organizational skills.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Display a positive attitude.

- Team player with the willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.

Job Type: Part time.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday
• 8-hour shifts / 32 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week as needed.
• One (1) hour paid lunch break.
• One morning 15-minute break, One afternoon 15-minute break.
• Day shift 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
