We are currently looking for a Customer Service, Food Prep and Dishwasher as a Team who will be responsible for the following

20-25 hours / Week Day

20-25 hours / Weekend

Full time is available.

Required license or certification :

- FOH / BOH : San Diego Certified Food Handlers Card

• Must be able to multi task, be self-motivated, outgoing and friendly

• Must take pride in their appearance, have a positive personality and have excellent customer service skills

• Providing quick, efficient service in order to fulfill all orders

• Ensuring proper knowledge in order to safely operate equipment/tools

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area

• Following verbal and written instructions in order to maintain product quality and consistency

• Preparing a variety of drinks, fried food and other food items

• Knowing and complying consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures

• Portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications

• Assisting other members whenever possible

• Training both BOH and FOH
