Stubborn Poke & Chips in El Cajon, CA is looking for customer service, line/prep cook to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 709 Parkway Plaza F13. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

20-25 hours / Week Day

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Food Prep
• Dish wash
• Cleaning

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
