You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance systems, complete service requests, preventative maintenance, assist the team with special events, apartment turns, and performing miscellaneous tasks for our residentsQualificationsA minimum of 2 years property management experience. Basic knowledge of plumbing, standard repairs, appliance, some HVAC and minor carpentry Boilers License preferred, but not required.
