Sts. Peter & Paul Regional Catholic School seeks a Visual Arts teacher for preschool through 8th grade. The ideal candidate will teach visual arts to students from PK to 8th grade. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing a challenging, engaging, and relevant curriculum aligned with school and diocesan guidelines. Additionally, adherence to the mission, vision, and values of the school and Diocese of Lexington is expected.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students' creativity and appreciation for visual arts within a supportive school community.

Under the general supervision of the Principal, the visual arts teacher will:

- Develop students' interests, abilities, talents, and skills in visual arts.

- Document student progress, activities, and outcomes.

- Develop lesson plans and model necessary skills for performing assigned tasks.

- Provide a safe and optimal learning environment.

- Communicate and provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress, expectations, and goals.

- Participate in school and diocesan-wide fine arts initiatives.

- Collaborate with teachers on integrating the arts into subject areas.

- Support the mission and values of a Catholic school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
