Stryde is Hiring a Digital Marketing Manager Near Lehi, UT
Mission: The mission of the Digital Marketing Manager is to manage, maintain, and grow client revenue. This is done through the following:
- Fully understanding client initiatives and goals
- Setting proper digital marketing strategy monthly & quarterly to better connect clients with their audience
- Ensuring fulfillment is timely and quality
- Custom reporting bi-weekly to show value created – Reports should reflect the progress we are making to hit the client goals.
- Manage $65,000 In Monthly Revenue (By End of Year 1)
- Manage $85,000 in Monthly Revenue (By End of Year 2)
- Retain 90% of Clients Each Month
- Grow Each Client Account by 15% Each Year
- Ensure Monthly Client Deliverables & Tasks Are Delivered On Time & On Budget (Tasks must be added to the Project Management Workflow each month and checked off with notes added)
- Deliver Client Satisfaction Updates To Director Twice Monthly
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing and a thorough understanding of website analytics
- Minimum of 2 years working on multiple clients in an agency setting
- Ability to successfully manage and move forward multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience in client-facing and client-relationship scenarios and duties.
- Computer and internet skills including MS Word, Excel, internet-based applications, and social networking websites
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the skill and discipline necessary to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to travel to the Stryde offices twice per week.
- Prompt and regular attendance is mandatory.
