Structure Resources is seeking an Electrical Service Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an innovative electrical contractor that has a strong team environment and ample room for upward mobility.
The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Service Department's operations, including personnel management, project execution, profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will manage 35-40 employees and roughly $600k of service per month.
This includes: cultivating new business relationships, representing the company on various committees and participate in trade-related activities and events, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven success with the service side of the electrical industry, excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
