Strongsville City Schools is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Strongsville, OH

2024-2025 School Year
Position Type: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Strongsville Administrative Offices
Scope of Responsibility:
Human Resource Department oversight of programs and procedures
Monitor staffing for both Certificated and Non-Certificated staff
Meet with staff for FMLA and approve requests
Serve as Title IX coordinator
Oversee licensing and compliance
Create, Facilitate, and Monitor employee onboarding and training programming
Actively recruit new employees for open positions
Compensation:
Compenstation: $94,224.00 (Base Salary)
Salary and fringe benefits commensurate with the Strongsville City Schools Administrative/Leadership Handbook
Two-Year 260 Day Contract
Minimum Qualifications:
Human Resource Management or Administrative Degree
Experience with Human Resource Management Preferred
Start Date: August 1, 2024
