Retirement Planners & Administrators (RPA), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Retirement Plan Administrator who will provide full client services to a designated caseload of clients, including day to day communication and management of their workflow and project deadlines. This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to support all sides of a growing financial services firm. This individual must have strong project management skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the personality to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment by being adaptable, creative, proactive, and eager to grow in this position as it evolves with the growth of the company.** The ideal candidate will want to progress into one of the following two roles:Manager – After about one year the administration workload would be reduced and you would assume management of several employees.Quality Control Reviewer – After about six to twelve months of submitting your own error-free work for review, your administration workload would be reduced and you would start reviewing the work product of your coworkers.
