Benefit Associates, Inc. is looking for a Plan Administrator with experience in Defined Benefit plans, including combo plans, and Defined Contribution plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in full plan administration, including:
· Responsible for all aspects of valuation reports, participant statements and annual testing
· Perform Compliance testing including cross testing, ADP/ACP
· Excellent customer service skills
· Calculation of Annual Plan Contribution
· Completing annual trust accounting and plan valuations
· Tracking loan administration
· Preparing plan distributions
· Preparing Form 5500
Required:
· 3 or more years of administrative experience
· Experience with ASC a plus
· Professional designations (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus
Work schedule:
· 37.5 hour work week
· No overtime
