What you will be doing:
- Assists with marketing and advertising strategies.
- Implements lease renewals and weekly leasing reports.
- Generates and maintains a summary of occupancy trends.
- Maintains positive relationships with residents to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Manages and enhances resident retention programs.
- Handles resident relation issues, requests, and concerns effectively.
- Inspects properties for policy violations, repairs, and general landscaping.
- Manages rent collection, rent postings, and late notice warnings.
- Assists with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
- Provides regular updates to the Property Manager regarding properties.
- Coordinates and delegates property responsibilities to team members.
- Acts as a primary contact for residents.
- Assists the Property Manager with daily and property operations.
- Assists with the proper execution of all steps of the leasing process.
- A minimum of 1 year property or leasing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and support team on all projects.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking and being detail oriented.
- Must be able to work for extended periods of time.
