Stride Staffing is looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our customer in Coppell. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Tech Support
Pay Rate: $17-$19/HR DOE
Location: Coppell, TX
Shifts Schedule: Day shift Mon-Fri 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM Mon-Fri or 9: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
Walk customers through problem-solving process.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Education and Experience Requirements:
Problem solving, LAN Knowledge
Help Desk Experience
Windows Operating Systems

• Previous experience in a technical support role

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

PC Proficiency
System Administration
Certificates and Licenses Requirements A Certification & MS Windows Certification Preferred
