Kings III Emergency Communications – Solutions Engineering Warehouse Support Specialist

The Solutions Engineering Warehouse Support Specialist position has the primary role of packing and shipping orders for Pre-CO agreements and for the Dealer Program daily. Other duties will be assigned to assist the Solutions Engineering Department. Training will be provided for all duties assigned to the position.

Duties include:

  • Assisting callers on the Solutions Engineering Cellular Support line with simple tasks related to SIM cards, CabView, and/or Pre-CO and Dealer devices.
  • Managing the Pre-CO Support Ticket queue along with teammates to stay up to date on all processes for Pre-CO.
  • Assisting the Solutions Engineering Department team with any duties assigned by the position’s supervisor.
  • Assisting the main warehouse team with periodic inventory counts.
  • All other duties assigned by the position’s supervisor.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will report to the Solutions Engineering Warehouse Support workstation located at the Kings III Warehouse on Beltline Road during regular business hours, unless advised otherwise by the position’s supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse setting
  • Packing and shipping experience using the FedEx and UPS shipping platforms.
  • Basic Microsoft based computing skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of learning inhouse software, including Manitou, Sedona, and K3Core platforms.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge: This role will require an overall understanding of the business to assist their teammates, vendors, and clients with the above-mentioned duties.
  • Thorough Knowledge: Strong verbal and written communication skills will allow the person in this position to take inbound and place outbound calls, respond to emails, and collaborate with peers within the business and the industry.
