We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative / Schedule Coordinator to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
You will be the face of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.
This position requires phone, email and text communication. The candidate must be comfortable with 50-100 calls a day. Light cleaning required daily (dusting, sweeping and keeping the studio tidy).
Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-2pm OR 9am to 3pm. Saturdays optional.
