We are looking for driven and hardworking individuals to lead our team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country, and we continue to grow every day. We are seeking out individuals versed in sales with a fitness and management background. If selected, the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location. Training will be paid for by the company and you will be paid as a 10-99 employee during training.
Required Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesBackground in Anatomy Physiology/Exercise Science/Personal Training/Physical Therapy, etc.
Experience in sales, membership sales would be preferred.

Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation.
Well organized and self-directed team player.
Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
Detail oriented individual who is committed to developing people.
Strategic contributor in long- and short-range strategic planning.
Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship.
This roll will include crafting the Stretch Zone Protocols learned in training. You will run daily demonstrations to new clients to get them on the program. This is not just a management position. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneur like spirit and a passion for helping clients and your staff.

Our ideal clients are athletes, regular Joe's looking to increase their range of motion, and we specialize with post Physical Therapy on hip and knee replacements and spinal fusions.
We are looking for the right person to not just Manage this club but run this business. You will be supported by a team that has a proven path to success. Our Owner has successfully owned over seven different locations. We are looking for a rock star to made Stretch Zone Grandview one of the best.
Hours:You will be responsible for the entire store but expected to work at the club Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays will be required through events, but you will be able to manage your hours. Our current store hours are 8a-7pm Mon - Friday, 9a-5p on Saturday. Closed Sundays.
