Job Summary: 
The Front Desk Associate is our “First Impression” and lead service contact for all Members and Guests. They are essential in the day-to-day operational flow of the Studio. The Front Desk must build a relationship by phone and in person with our Members/Guests to ensure they are comfortable when arriving and leaving their sessions at the Studio. Through the relationships built, the Front Desk Associate helps to promote the renewals for each Member. The Front Desk is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone inquiries. Approximate Hours:
  • Monday-Thursday: 9 am-5 pm
  • Friday: 9 am-3 pm
  • Occasional Saturdays or evenings for events 
Stretch Zone Front Desk Associate Job Description Minimum Standards

We will ensure a fun atmosphere and wellness focus at our Stretch Zone studio to provide satisfaction for our Members as well as our Team mates. “We stretch as a Team, we clean as a Team, we provide excellent service and wellness solutions as a Team.” Together we enhance lifestyles and grow membership to succeed as a Team.
Job Summary:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Greets all Members/Guests by Name
  • Answers all calls within 3 rings and directs all phone calls
  • Fields Members compliments, complaints and concerns and forwards to GM
  • Performs opening and closing procedures
  • Creates our First and Last impressions
  • Calls and confirms all Members/Guests for the day
  • Calls all Members that are not meeting their session per week average and help facilitate their next appointment
  • Makes daily deposits if necessary per GM
  • Responsible for the inventory of the studio
  • Completes all automated tasks that are assigned to the front desk manager (Member Relations) position
  • Ensures that every Team mate is correctly clocking in and out daily.
  • Responsible for the atmosphere of the Studio. Clean, Organized, Nice aroma, Music at all times
  • Anticipates the Members/Guests needs and prepares them for their next visit
  • Provides fond farewell upon Member/Guest leaving the Studio and invites them to their next session or event
Required knowledge and skills:

  • Has full understanding of the proprietary stretch methodology of Stretch Zone and the accreditations/certifications/patients for the Franchise.

Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Front Desk Associate Compensation
Front Desk Associate compensation, hourly, event pay and bonus plan will be per discussion, noted and signed on specific offer Letter.
Pay periods are bi-weekly.
