• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive employee engagement and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and deliver results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, pricing optimization, and new product development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across all swim school locations.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for the Eastern region, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Proven track record of achieving financial targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving employee engagement and retention.
• Experience overseeing a region of 20 unites (e.g., schools, stores, restaurants)
• Abstract and critical strategic thinking
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the service or youth industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of service and youth industry is preferred.
• Passion and experience with swim school is a plus.
