We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join our team. As the #1 franchise in the US for commercial cleaning services, Stratus Building Solutions of Philadelphia is at the forefront of providing top-notch cleaning solutions to businesses in Philadelphia Metro area. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in furthering our success by being the expert in commercial cleaning and being the liason between franchisees and customers in Counties of Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Berks, and Montgomery.

RESPONSIBILITIES for OPERATIONS MANAGER:

• Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clients and franchisees.
• Address and resolve client complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
• Facilitate the startup of services for new clients and transfer of services between franchisees.
• Quote and sell services to existing clients.
• Train new franchisees.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and franchisees to foster long-term business partnerships
• Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
• Collaborate with other operations team members, office manager, and the Regional Director.
• Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of franchisees.
• Little to no overnight travel required.

REQUIREMENTS for OPERATIONS MANAGER:

• Proven success in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and autonomously.
• Professional demeanor with a polished appearance and presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite platform, and CRM platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
