Stratton Amenities, renowned for premium residential and corporate front desk concierge, courtesy patrol, and valet parking services, is looking for a Sales Manager. This role is crucial in our commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences in various U.S. markets. Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading and motivating our business development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid hospitality background and a track record in leading sales teams to surpass sales goals. You will play a key role in formulating sales strategies, setting KPIs, and establishing sales dashboards and quotas, all aimed at enhancing our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Motivate:
    • Cultivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring a positive and inspiring work environment.
    • Offer continuous training and development to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
  2. Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Design and execute impactful sales strategies to boost sales and revenue.
    • Establish and track sales targets and KPIs, aligning them with the company's objectives.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assess team performance using sales dashboards and regular reviews.
    • Give constructive feedback and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Execute market research to discover new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
    • Analyze competition and modify strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Promptly address client needs and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Compile and present regular sales reports and analyses to upper management.
    • Leverage data to refine sales strategies and predict future sales trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
