Strathmore Floors Design and Cabinets is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Atlanta, GA
Strathmore, a fast growing, multi-state flooring, cabinet, and design company, is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to support our builder operations.
DUTIES
- Monitor billing process to ensure timely receipt of payments
- Track receivables making sure all past due invoices, and credit memos are cleared and paid.
- Contact our customers to resolve open transactions/ disputes and escalate unresolved matters to appropriate person.
- Generate and send reports timely as requested by customers and other personnel in the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years prior Account Receivable experience required. Experience with a residential construction subcontractor strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills; work efficiently, independently and with accuracy; maintain confidential information; be detail-oriented; exercise sound judgment and make accurate and timely decisions; have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment; and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
